Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how The SozoRock Foundation Inc. collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects information related to the SozoRock AI Lab website, interest forms, application communications, and related program operations.
Information we collect
Required interest-form fields currently include first name, last name, email address, a description of the work you want to improve, and consent to be contacted about the AI Lab. We may also collect timestamps, source information, cohort interest, technical request information, and records needed to operate and secure the website.
Required and optional fields
Fields marked with an asterisk are required to submit the interest form. Future application forms may include optional questions, demographic or accessibility-related fields, project details, references, or supporting materials. Optional fields will be used only for program review, communication, improvement, accommodation, reporting, or operations consistent with the purpose for which they are collected.
How we use information
We use information to receive and review interest forms and applications, communicate with applicants, send next steps, operate cohorts, evaluate program fit, improve the AI Lab, protect website security, maintain records, and support nonprofit administration, partnerships, and reporting.
No sale of personal information
We do not sell personal information. We do not rent applicant information. We do not share applicant information for unrelated third-party marketing.
Service providers
We may use trusted service providers to host the website, store form submissions, send email, operate cloud infrastructure, support analytics, secure systems, process forms, and maintain program records. These providers may process information only as needed to support the website, program, and Foundation operations.
Retention
We retain submitted information for as long as reasonably needed for program review, communications, audit, security, reporting, legal, nonprofit, and operational purposes. Application records may be retained for future cohort consideration unless deletion is requested and retention is not required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
Deletion and correction requests
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted by emailing contact@sozorockfoundation.org with the subject line “AI Lab Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request. Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, audit, dispute-resolution, or recordkeeping purposes.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. No website, email system, or cloud service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
