• Access or a copy of information.
• Correction of inaccurate information.
• Deletion, subject to lawful retention.
• Restriction or objection to certain processing.
• Withdrawal of consent for future processing.
• Export or portability where applicable.
• Opt-out from nonessential email.

How to submit

Email contact@sozorockfoundation.org with the subject “AI Lab Data Rights Request.” State the request, the email used with the Lab, and enough information to locate the record. Do not send identity documents unless requested through a secure method.

Verification

We may verify identity, authority, and jurisdiction before responding. An authorized agent may be required to provide proof of authority.

Timing and limits

We aim to acknowledge requests within five business days and respond within the period required by applicable law. Some information may be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal, audit, dispute, or nonprofit recordkeeping obligations.

Appeal or complaint

If a request is denied, the response will explain the reason where permitted and identify any available appeal or regulator complaint pathway.
