Nondiscrimination and Accommodation
The SozoRock Foundation, Inc. is committed to fair access and respectful participation in its programs, operations, employment, procurement, and partnerships.
Policy
Discrimination, harassment, exclusion, or retaliation is prohibited where applicable law and Foundation policy apply.
Protected categories
This includes race, color, religion, creed, national origin, ancestry, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, genetic information, marital or familial status, military or veteran status, citizenship or immigration status where protected, and any other category protected by law.
Program decisions
Program decisions may consider mission fit, capacity, readiness, conduct, attendance, project scope, safety, and lawful eligibility. They must not be based on a protected category.
Reasonable accommodation
Applicants and participants may request a reasonable accommodation by emailing contact@sozorockfoundation.org. The Foundation may ask for information needed to understand the request but will limit access to those who need it.
Report a concern
Concerns may be submitted through the Complaint and Grievance page. Include what happened, when, who was involved, witnesses or records, the requested response, and whether immediate safety support is needed.
Confidentiality and non-retaliation
Information will be shared only as reasonably needed to review and respond. Absolute confidentiality cannot be promised. Retaliation for a good-faith report, participation in a review, or accommodation request is prohibited.
Review and appeal
The Foundation will acknowledge reports, conduct a proportionate review, communicate an outcome where appropriate, and identify corrective steps. A person may request review by Foundation leadership if they believe relevant information was missed or the process was not followed.
